Until today, only Leighanne commentend once on my weblog - a bit disappointed!
It makes me aware that by using a weblog, I have to 'connect' the outside world more enthusiastically to build a network, let me think what I should do next!

I've having my Taichi class tmr night, this is my 5th lesson, it's not that easy as I think as it takes some time to remember the steps.

I'm feeling much better today and indeed had a buffet lunch invited by the Dean! and I ate lots of dessert!!
I visited your other weblog and I think this is a great idea to use it as a journal or record for your weight control.

My cold and flu is getting worse - have a very bad headache and sore throat today. Got to go to bed earlier tonight. Don't want to be sick next week!
